Obituary of Nancy Beikirch Lauterbach

Nancy passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 6, 2017 at the age of 69. Nancy was born in Rochester, New York on November 13, 1947. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years Robert Lauterbach. Predeceased by her father Robert Beikirch and survived by her mother Eleanor Beirkirch, brother Dale Beikirch and sister Amy Beikirch. She is also survived by her children, Renata (Jonathan) O'Beirne, Andrew (Lauren) Lauterbach, Sarah (Whitney) Youngstrom, sister in law Laurie Rising (Jim Connell), grandchildren; Ronan, Liam, August, Hazel, Reese, Cameron, Eamon and Robbie, plus niece, nephews and cousins. Nancy will be remembered as a humble and caring person with an unforgettable smile, sparkling green eyes, who loved her family, friends, pets and nature. After fighting a courageous battle with cancer she continued to be an inspiration of love, grace and strength. She was an exceptional woman with many talents that she used to brighten the lives of those she met and loved. She will be forever in our hearts until we meet again. Nancy wishes to thank Dr. Cynthia Angel, Dr. Kristen O'Dwyer and the caring and wonderful staff at both Highland Hospital and Wilmot Cancer Center, and the loving volunteers at Advent House. The memorial service will be held Saturday February 11 at 10am, at the First Presbyterian Church of Pittsford, 25 Church St, Pittsford, NY 14534.
