Also survived by brother James' precious daughters: Penny Dentinger, Holly (Andrew) Gallagher (children: Hannah, Jonah, Ethan, and Sophia), and Maggie (Cory) Winters (children: Owen, Isabelle, Olivia and Aaron). He earned two undergraduate degrees from RIT, two master's degrees and almost a doctorate (ABD) from University of Rochester. He was employed as a Research Chemist at Olin Chemical, Strassenburg Laboratories (Pennwalt Corp.) and the UR Medical Center (Radiology and Pharmacy departments). He had many articles published in peer-reviewed scientific journals over his entire career. Paul was an avid lifelong learner with many and varied interests, who actually enjoyed doing yard work, as well as exercising, jogging, reading, visiting with friends and family, writing his memoirs, and playing tennis, euchre and backgammon. Gail and Paul reread their wedding vows and renewed their commitment to each other monthly. They enjoyed extensive travels all over the U.S. and Europe. They were also fortunate to winter in Jensen Beach, Florida for 12 years in a beautiful condo right on the ocean. Most of all, Paul enjoyed the love and time spent with Gail, their extended family and their many close friends. They were proud members of the Rochester Corvette Club for over 12 years (red 2014 Corvette) and, as such, very good friends with a wonderful group of people. Family and friends are invited to call THURSDAY 4-7 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 Winton Road South). A memorial service will take place FRIDAY at 11 AM in All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park (210 Marsh Road). Interment private.
