Obituary of Thomas Joseph Powers

Thomas Joseph Powers Rochester: Died peacefully March 12, 2017 at the age of 85. Predeceased by his parents Annie and Andrew Powers; Survived by his wife, Susan Willis Powers, his children; Patricia (James) O'Connell, Mary (Scott) Borcyk, Michael (Ellen) Powers, Katherine (George) Georgiou, Teresa Casey, and Maureen (Michael) Keenan; their mother, Ann; Susan's children, Barbara (Jeffrey) Robinson, Andrea (Christopher) Cooke, and Michael (Paul) Willis; 19 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister Marie Bennett; many other relatives, dear neighbors and friends. No prior visitation. A celebration of Tom's life will be held at East End Tavern (37 Charlotte St, Rochester, NY 14607) on Saturday, June 10th, beginning at 6:00pm. In the meantime, please raise a glass with your loved ones in his honor.
