Obituary of F. Harold Holland, Jr.

Thursday, March 16, 2017, at the age of 96. Predeceased by his parents, wife, Ruth E. Jobes and grandson, Scott Uhlig. Survived by son, Richard (Barbara); daughter, Sandra (Ron) Uhlig; grandchildren, Sandra (Gary) Sharpe, Melissa (Scott) Lamb, Andrew (Tracy) Uhlig, and Daniel (Gina) Holland; great-grandchildren, Kelcey (Derek), Seth, Kylie, Kaitlyn, Sadie, Jonathan, Todd, Samantha, Elise, Madison and Benjamin; great-great granddaughter, Addyson. Born May 11, 1920 to Maude Hadley and F. Harold Holland Sr. in Worcester, MA, Harold grew up in Shrewsbury, MA, graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Brown University, served in the Navy during WWII and worked at Kodak for 32 years. Harold and Ruth retired to New London, NH where he spent many years enjoying hobbies; music, gardening and genealogy. Graveside service will be held at the convenience of his family.
