Obituary of Anne M. Guzzetta

Passed away on April 20, 2017. She was predeceased by her mother & father, Lucy & Dominic Digirolamo; husband, Dr. Victor L. Guzzetta, D.D.S.; sister, Marie Johnson; brother, Louis Digirolamo. She is survived by her sons, Victor (Margaret Sargente) & David (Elizabeth Sipos) Guzzetta; brother, Steve Jerome; grandchildren, Michael Anthony, Katherine Elizabeth & Victor Andrew; and many friends. A graduate of Nazareth Academy and the St. Mary’s School of Nursing, as an RN, she worked at St. Mary’s Hospital & Park Ridge Hospital. She spent many years as an impeccable home maker, as an active volunteer at St. Louis School, and in the Capital Campaign Office at McQuaid Jesuit High School. Her love of nursing returned her to her chosen profession at Valley Manor, where she was head nurse. Her greatest loves was for her three grandchildren, cooking and forcing food on her calorie conscious family. The family would like to thank the staff of U of R Palliative Care, especially Dr. Elizabeth Newman, MD. Services & Interment were held privately.
