The world has lost a true angel and heaven has certainly gained one! I was honored to know Alex as she was a student within my science class several years back. In reflecting on Alex, what comes to mind is that this young lady was a true gem. Her smile was infectious, her attitude was always positive and her zest for life will always be remembered.
