To us in the Kodak Park Fire Dept. (KPFD) Bob was known as the "Coach". When you needed muscle on the job, Bob would knock you over to get it done. Many good times and laughs in the Old KPFD and Foosies Follies.
Now I can vividly picture his last minute of the game with us, as you would see his chest puff out like a peacock. Followed by a large inhale through his teeth saying to The Lord; "On 2, Ready Set, hut, hut".
Only this time after the snap, The Good Lord carrying Robert over the goal line, and Bob hanging on to the Syracuse football as Bob met his Ultimate Goal.
