On August 6, 2017 at age 95. Predeceased by his wife, Elfriede. George is survived by two children, Thomas G. and Diana G. Schaeffer; grandsons, Jesse and Grant; great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends. George was born in Poznan, Poland moving to the Unites States in the early 1950's. He spent his career as a mechanical engineer at Mobil Chemical Company in the Plastics Division. Family and friends are invited to call, FRIDAY, 3-7 PM at Miller Funeral and CRemation Services (3325 Winton Rd S). George's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated SATURDAY, 12 NOON at St. John of Rochester (8 Wickford Way 4450). Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
