I first met Hung in the early 90's at Thomson Syracuse. An open and easy person to get to know. He could easily make me laugh and lighten any moment. I feel fortunate to have known him, meet his wonderful wife and see his joy for his family. He will be missed a lot by many people. Hung and his family are in our thoughts.

I first met Hung in 1997 when I started working at Thomson.
We worked on many projects together and made many trips overseas. as many have stated here, Hung sense of humor was special and unique. I am proud to have worked with him and known such a talented person. While I stayed in my hometown in Indy, Hung would still keep in touch after he moved back East. We are all shocked and saddened by his passing and will keep Linda and his family in our prayers
.
God Bless,
Tom and Cindy Clifford

Even though we lived so far away from each other and rarely had the chance to meet, it would always be the same whenever we met our Uncle Hung. He always teased us, his little nieces, even though we are no longer little. And we would answer him back in the same tone. And then we would laugh! Whenever he was in the same time zone as us, he called us up just to chat. The conversations were always cheerful.
We lost you too soon our dearest uncle. You will be missed!
Our thoughts are with you auntie Linda, Jonathan and Amber.

I have known Ho ever since I was a teenager. He was always happy and nothing bothered him. Always sharing what thoughts have come to his head. We missed each other when he decided to come down the Massachusetts and I went up to Toronto. I got updates about his life from Tran all the time. It is sad he was taken away from us. He will be greatly missed. We will keep his happy memory in our mind. Sorry for your loss

I have been friends with Hung since 1993 working at Thomson in Syracuse. We traveled the world together and there was no time that Hung wouldn’t help anyone he met. His laugh was additive, his manor always kind, he is what everyone would want to be remember for.
I haven’t been in contact for a while, but he would always reach out to say hi.
I will miss him but I will always remember him as a warm person in my heart.
Travel safe with GOD my friend.

I'll never forget Ho's arrival in the USA and staying at our house with Tran while the Rotary arranged more permanent arrangements. My deepest sympathies to his entire family for this early and tragic loss. I had hoped to make it to Rochester for the funeral services but had already made arrangements to attend the funeral of an old friend on the same day and time in Saratoga Springs. My prayers are with you.
