Obituary of Charles L. Werner

Charles L. Werner Rochester: Died Monday, March 1, 2010 at age 80. Predeceased by his wife, Lorraine, survived by his sister, Wilhelmina Johnson (Donald), nieces Karen Robinson, Diana Robinson, nephew John G. Robinson (Melodie), grand-niece Page Burleigh, grand-nephew John Elliott, cousins and a special friend Cora Jane Schrader. He graduated from Keystone College and the University of Rochester. Charlie was employed at First Federal Savings and Loan Association for 32 years, 1954-1986. His expertise was in Commercial Loan Management. He was an avid fisherman (with many fish stories), a gourmet chef and wine connoisseur. Charlie's funny stories, generous heart, lively mind, and compassion for others will be long remembered. Family and friends are invited to Charlie's Memorial Service on Monday March 8th at 11:00 AM in the Miller Funeral Homes Interfaith Chapel, 3325 Winton Road South. Interment will be held privately.
