Obituary of Mary Louise Dewey

Mary Lou died at the age of 95 on November 17, 2017, after a short illness. She was predeceased by her husband Lester and is survived by her children Ann (Doug) Foard of Lovettsville, VA, Jane (Al) Gotowka of Henrietta, and Robert (Cathy) Dewey of Livonia. She is also survived by grandchildren Mike (Sue) Sova, Mary (Frank) Falank, Matthew, Sarah, and Andrew Gotowka, Karen (Marc) Hoenstine, and Chris (Sue) Dewey; great grandchildren Michael and Samantha Sova, Frank (Kristi) Falank, Cassandra Jones Katie and Sam Hoenstine; and great-grandchild Greyson Falank She is also survived by sister-in-law Carnell Dewey and several nieces and nephews.

Mary Lou was a long-time resident of Pulaski, NY where she worked as a legal secretary and writer for the Pulaski Democrat newspaper. She was a member of the Pulaski Historical Society, the Salmon River Fine Arts Society, and the Pulaski Public Library.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
