She was born April 19, 1978 in Rochester, NY. Beloved daughter of Ronald V. and the late Carol L Belanger, loving sister of Charlie (Sherry) Belanger of Naperville, Kathi (Grant) Runyon of Bluffton, IN, John Belanger of London, OH, Rebecca Belanger of Bloomingdale, IL and the late Christine Belanger, adored aunt of Sara and Brandon Runyon, Christina Tusa and June Ulrich, dear niece, cousin and friend of many. Brandi grew up in Naperville and was a participant with the Ray Graham Association - Larry J. Bell Community Learning Center in Lisle, IL. Brandi was known for her baseball caps, beads, smile and loving disposition. Calling hours will be at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services (3325 Winton Rd S 14623) on Friday, November 24, 2017 from 10:00-11:00 AM with a service in the Chapel immediately following.
