Steve - Although we have never met, I was a good friend of Lori's throughout our time at Geneva Jr High and High School - fellow cheerleaders - we laughed - we cried - we fought - but we were friends - I am sorry for your loss, and I am sorry for all those that knew her at any point in her life - from Geneva and beyond, because we have lost a dear friend.

I barely knew Lori. I only met her twice when she was reviewing my performance as a SS instructor. But those brief times I spent with her told me she was a very special person. I'm so sorry for your loss and our community's loss of her powerful good spirit.

Lori, You will be sorely missed by me and oh so many. You have touched so many people with your passion, spirit, energy and caring.
Steve, Lori and I shared the same birthday and also shared a similar career path. I have tremendous respect and appreciation for her success in leading others toward health. She illuminated when she spoke of you and she absolutely loved being an Aunt.

During the time Lori supervised me in the Silver Sneakers program, she made my life better. She modeled the kind of teacher I want to be: gentle, wise, funny. She solved problems with gracious brilliance and she persevered to find win-win solutions. Although I knew Lori professionally, her love for Steve and her nieces were always glowing beneath the surface. She made the world a better place, and I've been blessed to know her.
