Passed away on December 11, 2017 at age 47. She is survived by her children, Britney, Nicholas & Mackenzie Russo; parents, Chuck & Shirley Schultz; brother, Brian (Kristy Swanson) Schultz; niece and nephews, Bailey, Brandon, Mahlon Schultz; uncle & aunt, Alan & Roxanne Phillips; cousins and many life long friends. Tracy's funeral service will be celebrated on SATURDAY (12/16/17) at 9:30 AM in the Interfaith Chapel at the funeral home. Interment White Haven Memorial Park.
