Obituary of Robert M. Way

Peacefully Sunday December 3 at age 84. Bob is survived by his devoted wife of 64 years Patricia, his son David and his daughter Elizabeth Whelehan, his grandchildren Jason (Emily) Way, Bryan Way and Margaret Whelehan. Also survived by son in law Peter Whelehan and by Theresa Way. Bob was an Associate Professor and Program Director at Rochester Institute of Technology. Following retirement from RIT Bob spent twelve years working part-time at the Genesee Valley Club. He also volunteered throughout his life for various charities including the Red Cross, WXXI and Literacy Volunteers of America. A celebration of Bob's life will be held Friday December 22 at 11:00 in the chapel at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 3325 S. Winton Road.
