Obituary of Russell John Simpson

Russell J. Simpson passed away peacefully on Dec. 30th while surrounded by family in his home, at age 78. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Gail; Their children: Gary (Linda Kant), Sally (Michael) Suber & Brett (Amy); Grandchildren: Rory, Stephen, Brent, Nicholas, Adam, Catherine, Logan & Jack; Great-Grandchildren: Lily & Hannah; Brother, James (Judy); his 4-legged friend, Sophie and several nieces, nephews & many dear friends. Predeceased by his Sister, Jacqeline & Daughter-in-Law, Victoria. Russell Served from 1956 – 1959 in the United States Marine Corps. He then worked for 20+ years as a Supervisor for Eastman Kodak. He was a devoted Grandfather and Great-grandfather, who loved attending the children’s sports games and bringing them hunting and fishing Friends & family are invited to call from 4 to 7 pm on WEDNESDAY, January 3rd at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 Winton Rd S). Memorial Service followed by an Interment will be held at 11 am on FRIDAY, Jan. 5th at the All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park (210 Marsh Rd, Pittsford).
