Obituary of Halford B. Johnson

Halford B. Johnson Rochester: Hal Johnson passed away early May 10, 2018 after a debilitating medical condition due to a fall four years ago. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Georgine; daughter, Jan; son, Hal (Amy); sister, Joey of CA; grandchildren, Sam, Amber, Emma, William and Rex. Hal was a proud and active alumnus of the University of Rochester, serving as a Trustee, Life Trustee and was acknowledged in the University of Rochester Sports Hall of Fame. He lead the life of a man with a purpose and was driven to accomplish his goals. He taught all of us strength and perseverance. The family wishes to thank his caregivers at Kirkhaven Nursing Home for their patience and kindness to Hal.

A brief Memorial Service will be held in the All Seasons Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford on Friday, June 15th at 4PM.
