We just heard about Jean passing from some of her lady friends that she played cards with at the Lumberyard Restaurant in Perry. This was very sad to hear and our condolences to her whole family. Jean was an amazing lady and always had a smile on her face. When we met her a few years ago (after finding out there were some Goldthwait family in the area at Silver Lake) she welcomed us with open arms. Jean & David had a family gathering at the lake that they invited us to and we enjoyed meeting the family. Bill's Mother was Thelma Goldthwait Ferrell and her father was Harry Goldthwait (Jean & David's Uncle). Whenever we saw Jean we enjoyed talking with her very much. We will miss seeing her every summer. We still live in Perry,NY, if David Goldthwait or any other family members would like to visit and share some family stores, we would love to see you.
