Obituary of Richard F. Ballard

Ballard, Richard F. "Dick" Farmington: Sunday, October 9, 2011, at age 80, peacefully at Benincasa Hospice, Mendon. Dick was predeceased by his wife, Betty. He is survived by his brother, James Ballard of LA; nieces and nephews; many extended family members on Betty's side of family; many friends and neighbors. A special thank-you to the staff of Benincasa for their kind and loving care.
