Filbert, Harold C. Victor, NY: Harold passed away at home surrounded by his loving wife and daughter on March 30, 2012, after battling cancer. He is survived by his wife, Jeannie, his daughter, Ann Louise (David) and only granddaughter, Anna, his two sons, David and Jim, his sister, Barbara and his nieces, Jeannie, Cathy and Patti and nephew, Bob.
