(Kandy) Bush; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Jack (Debbie) Hartzell, Dianne Hartzell, Joyce Hartzell, Yvette Sexton, April (Ernest) Every, Kelly Ochs, Daniel (Theresa) Hartzell; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
