Budd, Cynthia E. (Cindy) Victor: Saturday, April 5, 2014, at age 71. She is predeceased by her daughter, Colleen Patricia Budd. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, James R. Budd; son Patrick (Christina Robertson) Budd; granddaughters, Kendra, Devan and Jessica; sister, Patricia Madigan; Barbara Samer; daughter-in-law Allison Budd. Cindy's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Patrick's Church, 115 Maple Avenue, Victor. Interment, St. Patrick's Cemetery, Victor.
