I met susan 2 years ago when she came to the jhr of roch she was a very pleasent person and we became good friends we would talk and make jokes she was always doing crafts and took pride in her creations she started to paint pictures and i always told her she was a budding artist that when she became famous i could say i knew her when she just started to paint she laughted she made every one bird houses to reflect everyones personality she made a lot of them but the more she did the better she got at it from that she went to painting some of her paintings were displayed in albany and she was so proud the painttings were beautiful she was very creative i remember saying something to her about a scarf she wanted to make one so i brought in a loom and we begain to make one we would work on it in the afternoon for a while she really enjoyed doing it she was so funny at times we would laugh she told me a few months ago that if she hadent come to the jhr she wouldnt have met me andi said yes and then she said thank you for being my friend i wanted to cry but i gave her a hug insted every morring i would get her ready for the day and help her with her make up and then she would want her coco perfume i would give it to her and then she would spray me with it also it was our ritual in the morring i would put on her earrings ,and necklace to match her outfit she had to have shoes to match i often made her laugh about that.when she would get tired i would suggest she lay down and relax she would sometimes then sh would tell me you always know what is good for me i would smile and say yes i can see your tired . when sh had company i would get her up so that she could be in the middle of things she loved to be around people she lived every moment of her life with gusto she loved her family and friends and i am proud to be one of her friends when her doughter got married she was in her glory she was the happiest i have ever seen her we took a picture together at the wedding and i have it on my desk she had a big smile and i will always cherish that picture of us together i will always remember her kind ness, and her laugh , and smile i will miss her but she is at peace now god bless her on her new jerney
