Obituary of Richard J. Welch

Welch Richard J. Victor: Friday, December 14, 2012, at age 97. He is predeceased by his wife, Geraldine Welch in 2007. He is survived by his sons, Gregory (Patricia) Welch, Richard D. (Lynne) Welch; grandchildren, Gretchen Welch, Daniel Welch, Kaylan Welch, Joshua Welch; sister, Cecilia Howard; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Loretta N. Welch, Marylou (Jack) Garlock, James (Jean) Anderson, Bernice Anderson; nieces and nephews. He was a proud Navy WWII Veteran. Friends may call Monday afternoon 1-2:30 at Lucey-VanVoorhis Funeral Home, 301 West Main Street, Victor. A celebration of Dick's life will follow the calling at 2:30.
