Keith Christopher Perkins Henrietta: Passed away unexpectedly April 10, 2010, at age 52. He was predeceased by his father, Oliver Perkins, Jr.; and brother, Oliver Perkins III. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Perkins; brother, Richard (Helen) Perkins; dear nephew, Michael (Valerie) Long; as well as other family and friends.
