Obituary of Francis J. DeVelder

DeVelder, Francis "Fran" Victor: Monday June 15, 2015, at age 79. Fran is survived by his loving wife, Evellyn; daughters, Kathleen May and Karyn Dolan; grandchildren, Michael and Elaine; cousins. Fran's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday morning at 11 o'clock at St. Patrick's Church, 126 Maple Avenue, Victor.
