Obituary of Susan Ann Howe

Howe, Susan Ann Pittsford: Peacefully, July 14, 2015, at age 70 of brain cancer. Susan was a devoted elementary school teacher in the Pittsford district for over thirty years. She will be remembered as a loving wife, sister, stepmother, aunt, grandmother, friend, and second mother to her nephew, Abe and niece, Rachel. Susan is predeceased by her son, Jeffrey Howe; sister, Harriet Friedstein. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Lee A. Howe; children, David (Cindy Williams) Howe, Julie (Jim) Lee; grandchildren, Nathan, Kendra, McKenzie; twin sister, Beth (David) Saffer; nephew, Abraham (Tonya) Saffer and their son, Carson; niece, Rachel Saffer; brothers and sisters-in-law, David (Carol) Howe, Doug Howe, James (Mark Davis) Howe, and many other much-loved nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday, August 10th from 3-5 followed by a celebration of Susan's life at 5, at Lucey-VanVoorhis Funeral Home, 301 West Main Street, Victor.
