Charles is survived by his wife of 31 years, Jean Leavy-Ells; children, Amy (Patrick) Cassidy, Cheryl (Jarmaine) Kates-Benman, Tracy Leavy, Dereck (Mary Beth) Ells; grandchildren, Colin, Kaylee, Markas, Cameron, Olivia; sister, Dixie Gilliott; sister-in-law, Dianne Bridgeman; several nieces and nephews.
