I have fond memories of dale. I met dale years ago on many construction jobs due to being a member of local 13 myself. Being interested in his specialized trade , I eventually took some courses given by the union hall and dale. This time invested by me led to getting hired by Powers Regulator where dale was a icon. I was put with dale to work at the strong hosp. to see if I can cut it or not. Thanks to him I did make the cut and eventually had the pleasure of trying to fill his shoes on a regular basis on many new jobs . He was such a great mentor and gentle man. Thanks to him breaking me into the controls industry, I had a great career retiring from the same company he worked for for many years. Didn't matter what question you asked him, he had the right answer. He was a tough true fair honest man. God bless him and his family, sorry for their loss.

I worked with Dale for many years. However the first time I met him and got to know him was when he taught a pneumatic control class at the Local 13 union hall. He was a good teacher. A year or so later I was finishing up with a contractor at Strong Hospital and Dale was on that job. I mentioned that I was getting laid off and would be interested in doing control work if his boss was doing any hiring. Sure enough about a week or two later I got a call from Dale. He said his boss would like to talk to me. Dale put a good word in for me. Hence I worked for Powers Control for 14 years until I retired. Needless to say that I admired Dale not only for his recommendation that got me back to work but he was a great coworker that lead by example, had a good work ethic, was knowledgeable about his trade and was always the teacher that I met years earlier. In my opinion he was a true Renaissance Man.

I just remember when I first started at Ballantyne what a hard working man Mr. Morley was. I have known his son and respect you all so very much.

Dale was a wonderful man and a great father-in-law. His children have a great love for him and he for each of them, as well as for their sposuses and grandchildren. He was a marvelous inventor and creator of just about anything. I am quite sure he will be a major assset in the celestial realms creating all sort of wonderful new ways for making the next life easier for all who are there. He will be missed here but his loving family has such a sure trust in God that they are not devestated, but rather joyful at the grand opporutnities Dale will now have.
