Schulz, Jay C. Victor: Tuesday, June 30, 2009, due to an accident at age 52. He is predeceased by his mother, Arlene Schulz in 2008. Jay is survived by his father, Frank J. Schulz; siblings, John Schulz (Karyn Giese), Suzanne Schulz, Dale (Evelyn) Schulz; aunt, Joan Kotowski; uncle, Donald Schulz; nieces, nephews and friends. A graveside service celebrating Jay's life will begin at 1 o'clock this THIS AFTERNOON at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Perinton.
