Obituary of Roland J. Curtis

Curtis, Roland J. "Whitey" Victor: Passed away peacefully on January 26, 2016 at age 83. He is predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Ruth; siblings, Norris, Robert, Dona Perkins and Janet Morse. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Joyce; sons, Thomas (Sharon) Curtis, Marcus Curtis; daughters, Jean (Patrick) Ryan, Susan (Bryan) Patane; grandchildren, Roland and Vince Lopez, Matthew and Taylor Ryan, Kelly and Wesley Curtis, Lauren and Taylor Patane; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Roland was a 50 year member of the Victor Fire Dept. and a member of the American Legion having served in the US Air Force. Family and friends are invited to call at Lucey-VanVoorhis Funeral Home (301 W. Main St., Victor, NY) on SUNDAY (1/31/16) from 2-5 PM. Whitey's Funeral Service will be celebrated at the funeral home on MONDAY (2/1/16) at 11 AM. Interment, Boughton Hill Cemetery.
