Newton, Judith M. (Harter) Fairport: Wednesday, June 15, 2011,at age 54. She was predeceased by her mother, Phyllis A. Harter in 2010. She is survived by her husband, Howard Newton; children, Jennifer (Tim) Paris, Lacy (Shane) Butterfield, Michelle (Phil) Thompson; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; father, Richard Harter; siblings, Debra (Roger) Weicht, Donald (June) Harter.
