Obituary of Rolf G. Westad Jr.

Westad, Rolf G. Victor: Passed away on Monday, November 4, 2013, at age 87. He was predeceased by his wives, Susan Westad and Betty Nellen Westad. His love and commitment to Susan and Betty during their illnesses was profound. Rolf was a true gentleman, who cared deeply for his family and led a life of honor, grace and service to his community and church. Rolf is survived by his brother, Per Westad; children, Rolf Westad, Kristin (Kurt) Westad, Peter (Jen)Westad, Jon (Holly) Westad; Carol (Tom) O'Rourke, David (Joyce) Duckles, Jane (Glen) Gaulton, Nancy (Cameron Sears) Duckles; grandchildren, Jamie (Kris), Ben, Kris (Beth), Ryan , Annie, Alex, Nathan, Josh, Justin, Alice, Marissa, Tim, Kyle; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A celebration of Rolf's life will begin Saturday, November 9 at 2 o'clock at Christ Clarion Church, 415 Thornell Road, Pittsford.
