Clara J. Heiss, age 99, of 150 Highland Avenue, Rochester died Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at St. John's Home of Rochester, NY. Clara was born January 16, 1910 in Hanstedt, Germany. She is the daughter of the late Claus and the late Margarethe (Bredehoeft) Otten. She was employed as a Homemaker. She is survived by: daughter, Barbara (William) Young-Mastric; son, Guenther (Margaret) Heiss; grandchildren, Nancy (Tom) Hamilton, Susan (Jon) Fogle, John Heiss, Peter Heiss, David (Sheryl) Young, Chris Young; great grandchildren, Andy, John, and Nick Hamilton, Ryan Young.; numerous nieces and nephews The funeral will be held 12:00 am on Monday, June 15 ( no calling hours) at Lucey-VanVoorhis Funeral Home, Inc., 301 West Main St., Victor, NY with Brian Smith officiating. Burial will be in Kensico Cemetery, White Plains, New York. . .
