Cali, Frank P.
Rochester/Fairport: March 11, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife, Rose; children, William, Robert and Susan; step daughter, Toni; brother, Tom Cali; special granddaughter, Danielle Smith; special nieces, Lucy, Pearl and Linda; many grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. He is predeceased by his 1st wife, Susan; parents, Joseph and Lucia (Occhipinti)Cali; four brothers, Anthony, Sam, John and Ross Cali; four sisters, Grace Trapani, Carmella Di Mora, Madeline Minni and Bessie Giambra.
Long time resident of Rochester, Frank will be remembered for his kind heart, generosity and willingness to help others, especially his tenants who fell upon hard times. Frank was the Proprietor of "Cali's Exon" and the popular restaurant/bar on Washington St "Pastime." He honorably served in the Navy during WWII.
A graveside service for family and friends will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery on Monday, March 16th at 11:30. Please meet at the main entrance (Lake Ave) at 11:15. Family has extended an invitation to gather at Roncone's Restaurant, 232 Lyell Ave immediately following the burial. Donations can be made to Benincasa Hospice, 3880 Rush-Mendon Rd, NY 14506.
