I saw this and it broke my heart. I had the pleasure of taking my son Aaron back to Akron with Abbie. We were total strangers but engaged and chatted the entire time (4.5 hours). As you can imagine, the conversation took multiple twists and turns. Abbie was such a pleasure. She was real, sincere, honest and funny! Her parents raised a lovely, respectful, beautiful young woman. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I can't believe this is real, Abbie was one my best friends ever. She would radiate pure happiness and joy, it made being her friend so great. I would have never guessed this would happen. I'll miss her for the rest of my life and the day can't come soon enough to when I see her again. I drove hundreds of miles out of my to visit her in college multiple times because she was such an amazing person and nothing seemed to matter when I was around her, it was just all smiles and fun. I just wish I could have said goodbye or seen her one last time, it would have meant the world to me
