Obituary of Scott C. Sharp

Scott C. Sharp April 6, 1952- August 4, 2014 Survived by his siblings; Susan Roxin, Sheila Willits, Eric Sharp, Gerry Sharp, Michelle Gosier, and Christopher Sharp. Predeceased by his parents, Harold Sharp and Irene Wemple Sharp. Despite Scott's struggle with a profound and baffling mental illness that dominated his adult life, Scott managed to maintain his sense of humor, his generosity and his caring connections with his large extended family. He was a gifted high school scholar and athlete who attended the University of Rochester on a scholarship before his illness was diagnosed. He will be missed by family and friends. Burial will be held in Boughton Hill Cemetery Sunday, August 24th at noon.
