Ernestine (Blauw) Tacy "Nern" Webster: Passed away peacefully on July 25, 2009, in Madison, OH. Predeceased by her parents, J. Max Blauw & Cora Blauw; brother William H. Blauw. Survived by her husband Peter Tacy; children, Nancy (Douglas) Franley, Ashtabula, OH, Barbara (Thomas) Bennett, Bow, New Hampshire, Carol (Robert) Lust Greenville, NC; 5 stepchildren; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and many dear friends. Nern was a retired Social Studies Teacher at R.L. Thomas High School, she enjoyed traveling, reading, cooking and corresponding with friends. The family will receive friends at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc. (3325 Winton Rd. South) on Wednesday (July 29, 2009) from 10:00 - 11:00AM, where at 11:00 AM Nern's Memorial Service will be celebrated in the Interfaith Chapel at Miller Funeral Homes.
