Obituary of Ann Ackerman

Victor: Saturday, August 29, 2009 at age 78. She is survived by her children and spouses respectively, Randy (Stephanie) Ackerman, Roxanne (Leo) Leonard, Peter (Lynn) Ackerman, Patricia (William) Colangelo, Nancy Ackerman (Noel Choquette), Nathan (Kim) Ackerman, Eric Ackerman; 15 grandchildren, 1 great grandson; cousins. She worked over 25 years as a nurse at Clifton Springs Hospital. She played with the Penfield Orchestra as a flutist, and had a strong interest in her Native American heritage and culture. She was an accomplished artist, loved painting, stained glass, ceramics, and gardening. A service celebrating Ann's life will be held Saturday, September 12 at 10 o'clock at Lucey-VanVoorhis Funeral Home, 301 West Main Street, Victor.
