Watkins Family: Please accept my condolences on the passing of Dick, I served as an apprentice patternmaker under him at Ingersoll Rand in the 80’s he was always willing to help us learn and as the pattern checker be always had al little fun returning our work to us when we made it wrong! I worked with him again years later as a journeyman at Kennedy Valve and again it was always a pleasure. May he Rest In Peace in the big woodshop in heaven. Sincerely, Dan Dillon
