Gerry was a great lady—one of our group of high school moms (way) back in the McQuaid days. She’d always welcome us into the Locust Hill home and ask us how we were doing—always with a smile. In the early 2000s, she wanted to learn more about using her new computer and email. I was a systems admin at the time and gave her some lessons. I was impressed that she was ready to dive in and figure it all out. When she and the kids downsized her house, she gifted me her computer desk—which I still use today and think of her when I sit at it. She will be missed.

I was very sorry to hear about the passing of Mrs. Sobolewski. As a high school friend to her son Stan, I remember fondly going to the family home on Locust dr. and being welcomed and fed by Mrs. S. She was always cheerful and friendly to us, and I will always have fond memories of her cheerful voice and happy disposition.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm sending my deepest sympathy and a comforting thought to the family of Mrs.Sobolewski. The Father of tender mercies and the GOD of all comfort, comforts us in all our tribulation. GOD made hope for the dead possible by sending His only begotten son Jesus Christ to die for us. And Jesus promised that the dead will live again. Read John 5:21, 28, 29.
