Stevie, I am thankful that I was able to share my life with you for almost 30 years. I loved you Friday just as much, if not more, as the day we met. I will miss you, your smile, your intelligence, and your words of wisdom. The kitties miss you too. I am glad that I was able to spend time with you the previous evening and will never forget how you made me laugh. On the way to purchase the new clothes for your job, you were singing in the car, "I'm too good to be true, can't take my eyes off of me!" You were so handsome and your smile was like sunshine. I am so thankful that you were finally in a position where your intelligence and wit were appreciated-Thank you LAI for recognizing a person of value. I know that people have difficulty understanding our relationship. We were divorced but still family-always. The last text that you sent me told me you loved me, and I know you did. I love you too and feel lost without you. Whenever I hear Linus & Lucy or Pride & Joy, I will think of you. You are with Mom, Dad, Tiny, and Noodles now and that gives me some solace. Rest in Peace Stevie and don't forget how much you were/are loved.....

I always enjoyed the many conversations I had with Steve while we worked together at the Little. When I would show up to work he’d say, “how very droll, Noel”, and he’d crack up at his own rhymes. His intelligence always impressed me. He was an outgoing and enthusiastic friend with a contagious laugh. We’ve been out of touch for a few years now but I have always looked back fondly. I enjoyed talking about life, music and the man with Steve. My condolences to his many friends and family members.

I am so sorry for the family and friends, I knew Steve merely by a few phone conversations and emails for work related things for my husbands business but every time I spoke to him he was always so kind and professional. We are still in shock, he will be missed immensely! Too young to leave this world!

Steve,
You wonderful, beautiful, complicated (you would disagree), challenging man. You were loved by many; people were drawn to you due to your gregarious nature, your goofy sense of humor, your wicked wit and incredible intelligence. I don’t think you ever met a stranger.
I am still in disbelief that I will never again have the chance to see you or talk to you. I always thought there would be one more day… My life will forever be a little less bright and a little more lonely without you in it. You were deeply loved and will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, my sweet friend.
