Dear Wes, Suzanne, and Anica,
Please accept our condolences upon the death of your father and grandfather, Ed. I had heard at Church that Ed was doing poorly, and knew that we would probably hear shortly that death was close.
Both my husband and I enjoyed our conversations with Ed, and were pleased to be able to provide him with a few meals and some muscle work before the move to upstate New York -( we took away lots of the substances that could not go into the trash.)
Wes, you and I spoke on the phone about the real estate agent, Janney Marshall, a former colleague of mine. who ultimately listed the house in Fountaindale, and all of your family talked with me at your mother's,Rae's, funeral and at her memorial service.
I am pleased that I, particularly, was able to share experiences of life in Long Island and real estate histories with both Ed and Rae. They were both interesting, knowledgeable and pleasant people to be with- and will be missed by all.
