Obituary of Ferdinand John Hite

Ferdinand John Hite was born August 27, 1941 in Altoona, Pennsylvania through the union of Mary Berrich and Ferdinand John Hite who predecease him.   John leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Ollie of 25 years, his sons Tony Hite (Carrie McDonald),  Daniel (Karen) Hite and John John,  his daughters Christine (Angelo) Infantino, Laura (Lee) Ziegler, Nina Scott, Marsha (Harold) Hall; siblings  Paul (Dianne)Hite, Rosemary (Jim) Fiore and Karen (Carl) Dietze; grandchildren: Zach Zielke, Zane Zielke, Lawrence Infantino,  Brittany Bianchi, Maria Agnello, Andrew Terrigino, Jodi Robinson, Jacob Robinson and Brian Scott; great-grandchildren: Bailey, Lailah, Easton, Kaia and Aiden. 

 

John worked at Eastman Kodak Company for 25 years and enjoyed years of happiness with his family in Cape Vincent.  On February 11, 1994 John united in matrimony with Ollie Jeanette Hughes.

 

John symbolized his dedication to Jehovah by water baptism on August 15, 1998.  He actively served Jehovah for twenty years until he fell asleep in death on May 9, 2019.  His family looks forward to the fulfillment of Revelation 21:3,4 when Jehovah wipes away every tear from their eyes, and death and mourning and pain will be no more.

 

A service to celebrate and honor John’s life will be announced.
