Obituary of Lorine T. Lazure

LORINE T. LAZURE

Oct 25, 1929—July 29, 2019

Lorine T. Lazure passed away peacefully in her 90th year on Monday, July 29, 2019, at St Ann’s Care Centre in Webster, New York. She was predeceased by her parents Antoine Lazure and Veronica O’Brien; by brothers Donald, Kerwood, Robert (Bob) and John (Jack); and by close friend Dr Bernard Donovan. Lorine was the beloved aunt of 24 nieces and nephews.

She was born in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada but spent her adult life in the Rochester area, where she cared for her mother and enjoyed her career with Cooley Business Forms. She rose to the position of chief financial officer before retiring in 1991.

A memorial service will be held at St Ann’s Chapel, 900 Cherry Ridge Blvd in Webster, on Thursday, August 29 at 2:00 p.m. There will also be a celebration of life at Mark Street United Church, 90 Hunter Street East in Peterborough, Ontario, October 25 at 2:00 p.m.
