Obituary of Elizabeth E. Whitehead

Elizabeth Whitehead "Betsy"

February 12, 1938 - September 23,2019

Betsy passed away at age 81 after a brief illness.  She had worked for a number of years in the psychology department at the University of Rochester.   As  a talented pianist, she was  affiliated with the Hochstein School of Music for 22 years.  Betsy was also an avid student of Native American Culture.  She was a long time friend of Bill W.

Betsy was preceded in death by her parents, an older brother and a niece.  She leaves behind her brother, Charles Lawson and his wife, Mary.  She also leaves behind her loving  partner of 45 years, Paul Heary. 
 

Betsy's cremains were interred at White Haven Memorial Park in Fairport.
