Obituary of Charles E. Bailey

Charles “Chuck” Ellsworth Bailey,

Born January 5, 1963, passed away on October 22, 2019.

Chuck was predeceased by his parents, Elizabeth May Cornell and William H. Bailey, Sr.  and is survived by his wife, Dottie Bailey; his children: Crystal, Emily, Jessica and Roy; brothers: William Jr (Rene), Kenneth and Jim; sisters, Betty (Herb), Darlene (Tim) and Kathy; many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

Chuck had an unwavering sense of humor, able to lighten spirits and any situation with his jokes and ability to make everyone laugh. He was loved and will be missed by all.
