Dorothy and I were friends for 64 years, having met at Nazareth College. She was my "roomie" in sophomore year. I spent many fun and happy weekends at her home. Her mom was a wonderful cook and I was made to feel like a part of the family. I was fortunate to return to Nazareth for every class reunion; and my husband and I always spent a few days at Dorothy's - she made the most mouth-watering sticky buns from scratch :-) She was full of pep and energy, outspoken in local politics, and always "running to Rush!" She was my dear and loyal friend and I will miss her. My deepest condolences to her daughter and sons (I watched you grow up!) and family. Godspeed, Dorothy! Be sure to make some of those sticky buns for Jesus! My love, Jeanette, your "rotten roomie"! :-)
