Obituary of Rita Maillie

Rita passed away on December 26, 2019 at the age of 84.

She was born April 1935 to James and Sarah DiGioa in Mt. Morris and married her love of 56 years in 1958. They made a home in Rochester where they raised their family and Rita worked as a secretary for Rush-Henrietta High School. She had a passion for cooking and feeding everyone. She adored being hostess and the social director of her family. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, David and is survived by her sons: Mark (Cheri) Maillie, Stephen (Lorrie) and Jeffrey (Jean) Maillie; five grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to St. Marianne Cope Parish at Guardian Angel's (2061 E Henrietta Rd) for calling from 10-11AM followed by an 11AM Memorial Mass all held on SATURDAY, January 4th 2020. Interment to follow at Ascension Garden Cemetery.
