Barbara Scott Lloyd

January 24, 1936-December 28, 2019. Barbara passed away in her home at the age of 83.

Barbara lived in Honeoye Falls until after high school graduation. She married Larry Sackett (1955), a member of her graduating class. She then married Ronald W. Pitts in 1998.

Barbara was known for her love of cooking, baking, gardening and entertaining. She ran a successful Bed and Breakfast for a number of years and delighted in entertaining guests from all over the world. Barbara loved to decorate and her home was both beautiful and inviting. Family frequently gathered for Sunday visits and magical Christmas mornings.

Barbara is survived by her husband Ronald W. Pitts, brother Peter Scott of Texas, daughters Vicki, Susan and Barbara, grandchildren Jason, Jamie, Tara, Jeff , Chelsea as well as 13 great grand children.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at Miller's Funeral Home, 3325 Winton Rd South, Rochester, NY. Calling hours are on Friday, January 3, from 10-11AM. Service to follow in the chapel at 11AM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers we ask you to donate to the Alzheimers Association, 435 East Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14620.
